Meet Your Coach

Hi, I’m Heather — 22 years as a nurse with over 15 years of experience in gastroenterology.

During my years working in GI and endoscopy settings, I repeatedly saw how many women continued struggling with digestive symptoms despite trying countless approaches to feel better.

I also saw how overwhelming gut health information had become leaving many women stuck between restriction, frustration, and temporary fixes. That experience shaped the way I approach gut health today.

My goal is to help women better understand their bodies through realistic education, sustainable support, and a calm, practical approach that works with real life. Because supporting your gut health shouldn’t require extremes to make progress.
